Support and Response Time
Best Effort, No Guarantees
We provide support on a best-effort basis for both free and premium users. However, we cannot guarantee response times or solutions to any issues.
Our Approach:

- Fast responses when possible - We aim to respond promptly when we can
- But no obligations - We have no legal or contractual duty to provide support
- No guaranteed timelines - Response and resolution times are not guaranteed
This applies to all versions: Even premium users receive support on a best-effort basis without guaranteed response times or issue resolution. Premium features relate to bot functionality, not support obligations.
